  1. GENERAL TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, including the arbitration and class action provisions in Section 9. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.
In case of inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall take precedence.

  1. YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE SITE

  1. ARBITRATION & WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION

Arbitration Requirement:

Class Action Waiver:

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the rest will remain valid and enforceable.

  1. TERMINATION OF USE

ARM reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

  1. YOUR OBLIGATION TO INDEMNIFY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARM, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

  1. NO THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and ARM. No third party is entitled to rely on or enforce any provision of these Terms.

i. SMS Consent Communication

Information collected through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

ii.Types of SMS Communications

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages from ARM Group related to:

  • Updates and follow-ups on existing job applications
  • Reference requests
  • General communications related to your job search

iii. Message Frequency

You may receive 5 to 10 text messages per engagement cycle.
ARM Group sends an estimated 50 to 100 messages per day across all users.

iv. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Charges may vary depending on whether the messages are sent domestically or internationally.

v. Opt-In Process

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing the relevant section on our online forms.

vi. Opt-Out Process

You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any SMS message
