The ARM Group is looking to hire a Full-Time, Business Systems Analyst – Data Analytics for one of our leading customers in Seattle, WA (Hybrid).

About the Role:
Join a fast-growing Data Analytics team with 1000+ professionals worldwide. You’ll help onboard users, manage data platforms, test features, and support analytics tools used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboarding & Support: Help new teams get started with the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) using guides, training, and starter queries.
• Request Management: Handle access requests and user setup (internal/external) using tools like Saviynt and ServiceNow.
• Testing & QA: Lead end-to-end testing, create test plans, and support user acceptance testing.
• Data Cataloging: Maintain metadata and dataset info in the EDP Data Portal for easy discovery and governance.
• Release Tracking: Keep track of platform updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain resources and guides in SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Run office hours and support sessions to help users adopt platform features.
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems (Preferred)
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL for ad-hoc analysis in Lakehouse/Data Warehouse
- Experience with Databricks, Python, R, and Unstructured Data
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Saviynt, SharePoint, and Jira
- Data Management:
- Experience with Data Cataloging and Metadata Tools
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation abilities
- Methodology:
- Agile/Scrum experience and enterprise platform support
