Job Description:
The ARM Group is seeking a NEW Full-Time Warehouse Manager for a leading client in Aurora, IL.
- Actively Interviewing & Hiring Immediately.
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000/Annually.
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 20% based on KRA achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping.
- Ensure compliance with FDA cGMP, OSHA, EHS, and company quality standards.
- Manage inventory accuracy through robust systems, processes, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, transportation providers, and 3PL relationships.
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, storage utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Logistics teams to support uninterrupted operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, service, and cost reduction.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel while maintaining high performance standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 12–15 years of warehouse operations leadership experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Strong experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience supporting ERP transitions is highly preferred.
- The facility is currently transitioning from GP Dynamics to SAP + WMS.
- Proven expertise in inventory control, inventory accuracy, batch management, shelf-life tracking, and FIFO/FEFO methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage lean teams and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of FDA, cGMP, OSHA, and quality compliance requirements.
- Hands-on, action-oriented leader with a roll-up-the-sleeves management style.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
