Exciting opportunity! The ARM Group seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Manager (W/ SAP MM/WM Exp) for a top manufacturing client in Charlotte, SC.

#Salary Range – $110,000.00 – $125,000.00/Annually + 7% Annual Bonus (Depends Upon the Business).

#Shift Schedule – Monday Through Friday Regular Hours.

Role Overview:
Lead the setup and operations of a new warehouse facility while managing end-to-end logistics across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new warehouse setup including layout design, process development, and system integration.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and transportation for a team (~17 employees).
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and SLOB reduction.
  • Manage domestic & international logistics, including import/export compliance and carrier coordination.
  • Utilize SAP (MM/WM) for inventory, material movement, and process improvements.
  • Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.
  • Analyze cost structures, carrier quotes, and KPIs to optimize logistics performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, planning, and customer service teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 8–10 years of warehouse/logistics experience in manufacturing.
  • 5+ years SAP experience (MM/WM modules).
  • Experience with warehouse startups or large-scale logistics projects.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on leadership with focus on team development and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

  • Multi-site Logistics Management experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation systems.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
