The Arm Group is looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for one of our leading Pharmaceutical Customers in Allentown, PA.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay range-$23-$25/hr
Location: Allentown, PA
Shift: (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) (May require overtime and weekends)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and handling inventory while following company procedures and safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities.
- Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process inventory.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Stage, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company SOPs, safety regulations, and cGMP/GDP guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS preferred.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
