The ARM Group is seeking to hire a FULL TIME, REMOTE – Vice President – Financial Services Sales Leaderfor one of our leading customers in London, UK.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in banking sales and/or business development.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Commercial Banks, Corporate Banks, Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, or Credit & Lending institutions.

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President – Financial Services Sales Leader to oversee approximately half of our Global Sales organization within the Financial Services domain.
  • This is a high-impact senior leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth and scaling our Financial Services business to $150M+ within the next three years.
  • This leader will define and execute global sales strategy, drive new logo acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and build C-level relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global sales strategy for Financial Services.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain executive-level (C-suite) relationships across banking, investment, private equity, and lending institutions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing sales teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Scale the sales ecosystem and align closely with marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow global market share.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by connecting client priorities with Client’s AI-enabled solutions.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings to elevate strategic positioning.
  • Travel up to 50% as required.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • MBA, master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field highly desirable.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in banking sales and/or business development.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Commercial Banks, Corporate Banks, Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, or Credit & Lending institutions.
  • Demonstrated success in:
  • Origination and closure of large enterprise deals
  • Revenue growth leadership
  • Building and managing senior executive relationships
  • Navigating complex financial institutions and multi-stakeholder environments
