Job Description:
The ARM Group is hiring a Full-Time, Shift Supervisor (MDF Plant) to support one of our top manufacturing partners in Barnwell, SC.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MDF plant shift operations.
- Enforce safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
- Supervise, train, and develop shift personnel.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage payroll/attendance via ADP.
- Monitor production, quality metrics, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with plant technologists and management team.
- Oversee crisis management, short-term projects, and production scheduling.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and personnel management skills.
- Quantitative and analytical ability for production metrics.
- Crisis management and problem-solving under pressure.
- Budget monitoring, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
Experience & Education
- 2+ years supervisory experience in plant operations OR 3+ years as operator (MDF/industrial manufacturing preferred).
- High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Availability for 12 hours rotating shifts, overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends.
