The ARM Group is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer for one of its clients in New York City
Work Schedule: Onsite 5 days
Pay Range: $160,000 – $180,000 Base + Equity + Comprehensive Benefits
Open to visa transfers (e.g. OPT, H1B transfers)
Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with engineers, and helping build world-class support operations.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for engineering customers.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate, reproduce, and resolve customer issues.
- Support developer-focused infrastructure products and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Improve support processes, documentation, playbooks, and SLAs as the team scales.
- Identify recurring issues and help drive long-term product improvements.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline support workflows and improve efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of Technical Support Engineering experience.
- Experience supporting developer tools, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or engineering platforms.
- Comfortable communicating directly with software engineers and debugging technical issues.
- Experience working at a Series B+ startup or a well-established engineering organization with mature support processes.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or automation to improve support operations is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Location
- Must currently be based in the New York City area.
- This is a 5 days/week, in-office position in Flatiron, NYC
