About the Role:

• Own and launch 0–1 product initiatives and scale 1–10 products with strong early PMF
• Drive product-led growth across the entire consumer journey
• Work closely with engineering, design, business, and marketing teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to execution
• Define roadmap aligned with business and growth goals
• Drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn reduction
• Design and run experiments to improve funnel performance and LTV
• Define user personas, segments, and value propositions
• Conduct cohort, funnel, and drop-off analysis
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, QA, and external agencies
• Translate business problems into hypotheses and measurable outcomes
• Run A/B tests, growth loops, and experimentation pipelines
• Build dashboards and analyze data using SQL, Mixpanel, and MoEngage
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and growth campaigns
• Conduct user research, interviews, and competitive analysis

What you bring:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in consumer tech / fintech / crypto / gaming
• Experience launching 0–1 products and scaling mature products
• Strong background in growth, funnel optimization, and GTM launches
• Hands-on with SQL, experimentation, analytics, and growth frameworks
• Excellent communication, structured thinking, and user empathy
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
