We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect and build the deployment platform that enables customers to run our software anywhere—from AWS and Azure to fully air-gapped environments.
About the Role
As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll own the architecture and implementation of our enterprise deployment platform.
You’ll design highly available multi-cloud infrastructure, build customer deployment automation, implement secure networking, and create enterprise-ready deployment solutions that meet the security and compliance requirements of Fortune 500 organizations.
This is a highly technical role with significant ownership over our infrastructure roadmap and customer deployment experience.
What You’ll Do
Cloud Infrastructure
- Design and implement highly available multi-region cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Build automatic failover and disaster recovery strategies.
- Develop scalable cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise AI workloads.
Enterprise Deployments
- Design and implement Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) deployments.
- Build self-hosted deployment architectures.
- Support hybrid cloud and on-premises enterprise installations.
- Develop deployment automation for customer-managed environments.
Networking & Security
- Design secure VPC architectures.
- Implement private networking using:
- AWS PrivateLink
- Azure Private Link
- Google Private Service Connect
- Build secure network isolation models.
- Design identity integration using:
- SAML
- SCIM
- SSO
- Implement encryption at rest and in transit.
Infrastructure Automation
- Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Create automated provisioning systems.
- Develop upgrade and lifecycle management tooling.
- Implement GitOps deployment workflows.
Observability
- Build centralized monitoring and alerting.
- Design logging pipelines across distributed customer environments.
- Improve reliability and operational visibility.
Customer Enablement
- Create deployment documentation.
- Build self-service deployment guides.
- Work directly with enterprise customers during complex deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
- Expert knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience designing highly available, multi-region cloud platforms.
- Strong cloud networking experience including:
- VPCs
- DNS
- Load Balancers
- CDN
- Service Mesh
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code:
- Terraform
- Pulumi
- CloudFormation
- Experience building BYOC and self-hosted enterprise deployments.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
