The ARM Group is seeking to hire a “Sales Manager” for one of its clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage and grow the dealer network within an assigned territory. The role will focus on dealer development, sales growth, customer relationships, and service support.
Location- Dallas Texas & Western USA (Seattle, Denver, Portland, Phoenix AZ)
Compensation
- Base Salary: Approximately $40,000/yr
- Variable Incentive: $40,000–$50,000 based on sales performance and dealer development
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and develop new dealers while ensuring long-term performance.
- Manage and support existing dealers within the assigned territory.
- Drive wholesale and retail sales and achieve territory targets.
- Build strong dealer relationships and improve dealer engagement.
- Support branding, promotions, and market development activities.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure strong after-sales support.
- Monitor competitors, market opportunities, and dealer performance.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, dealer development, territory management, or channel sales.
- Experience managing dealer/distributor networks preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with proven target achievement.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, industrial equipment, or machinery is a plus.
