The ARM Group is hiring a Sales Manager for one of our leading Oleo Chemicals / Personal Care Products / Contract Manufacturing Partner clients in in Aurora, IL (Remote)
Role: You will lead, develop, and grow a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and building strong, long-term client relationships while aligning sales efforts with overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and proven closer who can motivate teams and turn plans into results.
Client Note: They need someone with Oleo Chemicals. Some exp when shipping receiving understanding, bills of landing. Sold to personal care. Selling products of the surfactants.
Sales Manager Role In Aurora, IL (Domain Requirement – Oleo Chemicals / Personal Care / OTC Products / Contract Manufacturing)

The Client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team for one of our premier clients in the Personal Care Products, OTC Products, and Contract Manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a results-driven sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Manage KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting
- Build strong client relationships and identify emerging market opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Industry experience in Personal Care, OTC, or Contract Manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or related field
- Proven success in achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and motivating sales teams
- Strong background in strategy, forecasting, and client engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
