Job Description:

The ARM Group is hiringa Full-Time, Sales Lead – US Market Expansion to support one of our top manufacturing partners in Schaumburg, IL.

#Base Annual Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

Role Overview:
A senior sales leadership position driving US commercial expansion in warehouse automation and cloud robotics. The role demands ownership of the North American sales quota, pipeline building, and closing enterprise deals with 3PLs and large-scale shippers. Based full-time on-site in Schaumburg, IL, with ~20% travel across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Leadership: Develop and execute Midwest & US market strategy.
  • Direct Sales Execution: Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise-level logistics deals.
  • Solution Selling: Consult warehouse managers & operations leaders on integrating robotics into WMS/material handling workflows.
  • Partnerships: Build alliances with logistics consultants and automation integrators.
  • Market Intelligence: Relay US customer needs to product teams in Japan & India.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in Sales/Business Development within 3PL, WMS, warehouse automation, or logistics technology.
  • Track Record: Proven success exceeding sales targets in high-growth, enterprise automation environments.

Skills:

  • Logistics expertise (“warehouse floor language”).
  • Technical literacy in cloud APIs, robotics integration, ROI modeling.
  • Ability to navigate both boardrooms and warehouses.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Location: On-site in Schaumburg, IL.
  • Travel: ~20% across North America.
