The ARM Group is hiring for a Quality Manager in Greater Charleston Area, SC for one of our leading manufacturing clients.

Salary : $120k – $135k + 10% bonus
Daily responsibilities include:
- Monitoring “Customer Satisfaction” through Survey, Timely responses, PPM and issues.
- Develop root cause Corrective Action Plans to address all noncompliance items
- Continuously improve the systems of capturing customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Train Team Members and Audit compliance of QMS
- Focus on built in quality at all processes
- Complete and monitor quality through APQA, PPAP and Control plans
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing environment with process understanding of foundry and machining
- Strong experience in leading large or small teams
- APQA experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and management skills
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors of Science degree
