ARM Group is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement, supplier management, and purchasing activities in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, materials management, inventory control, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with operational and cost-saving objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee purchasing activities and the processing of purchase orders.
- Partner with production, supply chain, and inventory teams to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing, suppliers, pricing, and contracts.
- Support inventory optimization and materials management initiatives.
- Lead and mentor purchasing team members and support cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong preference for experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience in supplier/vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Experience purchasing raw materials, components, MRO, or other production-related materials.
- Strong understanding of materials management, inventory control, and supply-chain principles.
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering cost savings and supplier-performance improvements.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- CPSM, CPM, CPIM, or similar professional certification is a plus.
