The ARM Group is hiring a Full-Time, Production Scheduler (MDF Plant) to support our top manufacturing partners in Barnwell, SC.
#Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
#Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per Annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, control, and maintain production planning activities for designated departments within SAP to ensure alignment with production capacity and customer demand.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and the Planning Manager to align production schedules with customer orders, demand forecasts, and service level commitments.
- Communicate demand, production status, and schedule priorities across the facility to ensure all departments are aligned on volumes, timelines, and schedule performance metrics.
- Work closely with the Production team and cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure production goals and customer commitments are achieved.
- Maintain and update scheduling and production data within ERP systems, master planning tools, and operational worksheets to support accurate planning and reporting.
- Ensure all related SOPs, planning tools, and documentation are current, accurate, and consistently followed.
- Track and document key operational metrics, including available capacity, anticipated downtime, peak production levels, schedule adherence, and deviations from plan.
- Anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and work proactively with internal teams to minimize risks and maintain production continuity.
- Monitor production performance against established targets and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
- Analyze customer demand trends and coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to adjust production plans to meet changing market needs and delivery expectations.
Professional Experience:
- 3 Years of production scheduling or manufacturing related experience.
- Demonstrated in depth knowledge of production scheduling.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP planning systems (SAP desired).
- Must have the ability to recognize and read safety signs, shipping documents, and packaging labels.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, with high proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process discipline.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management skills with a clear sense of urgency and accountability.
- Able to perform efficiently under pressure while supporting and motivating team members to meet operational demands.
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the organization.
- Capable of presenting and interpreting numerical data clearly and effectively to support decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Education and Technical Skills:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelors in related field preferred).
- Knowledge of SAP Planning (Preferred).
- Ability and aptitude to troubleshoot system issues and determine resolution.
Physical Requirements:
- Work location, US, Barnwell, SC. The role operates in both office and manufacturing environments. Please note that manufacturing areas are not climate controlled
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands regularly while performing job duties.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs without assistance.
- Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Occasional extended hours or weekend work as needed
