About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer to join our growing global operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and harmonizing master data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and governance across business functions.

This role requires both technical proficiency and strong business acumen, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-border teams in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and govern Master Data (Customers, Vendors, Items, BOMs, etc)
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with corporate data standards and business rules.
  • Execute data cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities across ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, Monitor G5.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and enforce MDM policies and best practices.
  • Support ERP implementation and migration projects by mapping and transforming master data between systems.
  • Develop data quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor master data performance
  • Knowledge in handling compliance reporting for material data like IMDS
  • Train and support business users on data management processes and tools.
  • Work closely with global business units to align data standards and improve overall data maturity.
  • Knowledge of AKENEO / INRIVER Product Information Management System is desirable

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields in Production).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management within manufacturing environments.
  • Practical exposure to multiple ERP systems including but not limited to Dynamics 365, Monitor G5, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data governance, and business process mapping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
