The ARM Group is looking to hire a Full Time, Maintenance Technician for one of our leading customers in Charlotte, NC

#Salary: $22/Hourly Base + $1 Shift Differential (Nights/Weekends) + $2 for Weekend Night Shifts

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a leading customer in Charlotte, NC. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Execute preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance plan

•            Coordinate and supervise external service providers for equipment inspection, repair, and maintenance

•            Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to company policies and safety standards

•            Take authority to stop production or restrict equipment usage in case of safety risks

Requirements:

•            Technical background in Mechanical, Automation, or related field

•            Relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment

•            Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

•            Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Production Systems (SI), and ManWinWin

•            Self-driven with strong ownership and commitment

•            Team-oriented with a results-focused mindset

•            Good time management and coordination skills
