About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive for our operations to support dealer sales and market development in assigned zones. This is a field-based role working from dealer locations or co-working spaces, with frequent regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer relationships across assigned territory
- Visit dealers regularly and support their sales activities
- Identify and appoint new dealers
- Promote tractor products and brand presence
- Track sales performance and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal sales and management teams
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of sales experience (tractor, agriculture, or farm equipment preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
- Incentive: Up to $10,000 (sales & dealer appointment based)
