Job Description:
The ARM Group is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Charleston, SC.
Direct Hire | 2nd Shift | $30-$34/Hour + OT + Bonus + Relocation Assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, combustion systems, robots, conveyors, elevators, gantries, and hoists.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480V and 240V systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Support process improvements, equipment installations, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Utilize SAP/CMMS for work order management, maintenance tracking, and parts procurement.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in an automotive manufacturing environment (casting facility experience preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC equipment, and electrical systems.
- Experience working with 480V/240V electrical systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, instrumentation, flow, pressure, temperature, and machine geometry.
- Ability to work off-shifts, overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
