Job Description:

The ARM Group is seeking to hire a Full-Time, Immigration Attorney – Employment & Family-Based Immigration for one of our leading customers in Buffalo, NY.

#Salary – $120K-$130K/ Annually

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience, including extensive PERM Labor Certification expertise. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to family-based immigration and will manage employment- and family-based cases from consultation through final adjudication. No billable hour requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employment-based immigration matters, including PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and Form I-140 petitions.
  • Prepare and manage business visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E, O-1).
  • Advise employers on Form I-9, E-Verify, and immigration compliance.
  • Manage client consultations, case strategy, and end-to-end case processing.
  • Review petitions and supporting documents prepared by legal staff before filing.
  • Represent clients before USCIS, including interviews when required.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration laws and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and maintain strong client communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active U.S. State Bar license in good standing.
  • 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience with strong PERM expertise.
  • Experience with EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, H-1B, L-1, TN, E, and O-1 petitions.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, communication, and case management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in family-based immigration, including Adjustment of Status, family petitions, consular processing, and naturalization.
  • Experience with employer immigration compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with INSZoom, LawLogix, Docketwise, or similar immigration case management software.
  • Ability to travel to Canada for business meetings as needed.
