Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Greater Augusta Area
Pay range: $24/hr
Experience Required: 0–2 years (Manufacturing preferred)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Coordinator to support key Human Resources functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR, with exposure to HRIS systems, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday and ADP
• Assist with data entry, audits, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and phone screenings
• Coordinate onboarding activities and conduct new hire orientations
• Maintain employee files (digital and physical) with high confidentiality
• Track attendance points, benefits enrollment, and assist with departmental audits
• Manage uniform ordering, tracking, and changes
• Schedule training sessions and maintain training records
• Provide administrative support to HR and plant leadership

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–2 years of administrative or HR support experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Workday and/or ADP is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment:

• On-site role (Monday–Friday) in a manufacturing setting
• Exposure to loud noise and elevated temperatures on the shop floor
