🚨 Hiring: Manager – Finance (Department- Plant Finance Controller)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead plant finance operations and drive strategic financial planning, MIS accuracy, cost control, and profit improvement initiatives.

This is a high-impact role that partners closely with leadership to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

👉 Prepare and present monthly flash reports, plant-wise MIS, and financial dashboards
👉 Drive profit reviews through detailed financial analysis and profit estimates
👉 Lead manufacturing cost analysis and ensure MIS accuracy
👉 Support policy deployment through LRP, policy plan & operating plan preparation
👉 Ensure budgetary control and monitor expense management
👉 Identify and evaluate cost reduction & profit improvement projects
👉 Liaise with statutory auditors for smooth audit closure
👉 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Company Law) and CSA controls
👉 Review general ledger and maintain accounting accuracy

🔹 Eligibility:

👉 CA / CMA with 8–10 years of relevant experience
OR Semi-qualified CA / CMA with 15+ years of experience

🔹 Key Competencies:
👉 Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards
👉 Proficient with SAP
👉 Expertise in statutory provisions (GST, Income Tax, Company Law)
👉 Strong analytical & manufacturing cost reporting experience
👉 Excellent stakeholder management & teamwork skills
👉 High attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence
