The ARM Group is looking for an Enterprise Go-to-Market Lead for one of its clients in New York, United States
Work model: Hybrid (3days office)
Salary: $150k – $200k annually OTE -$300k – $400k
Role:
This is a high-impact opportunity to build strategic relationships with asset managers, private equity firms, private credit funds, hedge funds, and investment banks while helping expand the company’s enterprise presence in the US.
As a founding commercial hire, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities and engaging senior decision-makers to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, influence product positioning, and drive long-term customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing strategic, multi-year deals.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, Heads of Investment, Credit, Risk, and Innovation.
- Expand business across asset managers, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and investment firms.
- Partner with leadership on commercial strategy, pricing, and market expansion.
- Help shape the company’s US go-to-market strategy during an exciting growth phase.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or client relationship management within institutional finance.
Experience selling into:
- Asset Managers
- Private Equity
- Private Credit
- Hedge Funds
- Investment Banking
- Proven success generating new business and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Experience with AI, SaaS, fintech, financial data, or enterprise technology solutions is highly preferred.
