Job Description:
The Arm Group is looking to hire a Full-Time Distribution Associate – Picking for one of our leading Pharmaceutical Customers in Allentown, PA.

#Salary: $20.50/Hourly
Join our clients’ distribution team to accurately pick, scan, and stage pharmaceutical orders using Manhattan WMS, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, FDA, and DEA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and scan orders using RF scanners integrated with Manhattan WMS
- Verify lot numbers, expiry dates, and quantities for traceability
- Handle temperature-sensitive and controlled substances per FDA/DEA standards
- Palletize and stage shipments by destination and transport needs
- Support cycle counts, audits, and process improvements
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods
- Maintain dock and inventory area cleanliness and organization
- Train peers on SOPs and cGMPs; support other distribution functions
Required Experience & Skills
Education:
- High School Diploma
Experience:
- 1–3 years in distribution (pharma/medical device preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Manhattan WMS (preferred)
- RF scanning technology
- Familiarity with DEA, DSCSA, and cGMP compliance
- MHE Certification
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
