What You’ll Do
Sell Recruitment & Staffing Solutions (Direct Hire + Contract Staffing) to corporate clients in India
Own your regional market:
- North India – 1 Role
- West India – 1 Role
- South India – 1 Role
- Develop strong relationships with HR Leaders & Business Decision Makers
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate & close deals like a Rockstar
- Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure client success
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (and enjoy the rewards 💸)
What You Must Bring
- Proven experience selling Recruitment / Staffing Services in India
- Strong corporate network (HR Heads, TA Leaders, Business Stakeholders)
- Experience handling both Direct Hire & Contract Staffing
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and hungry to win
- Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven culture
- Bachelor’s degree preferred — performance matters more
