The ARM Group is seeking to hire a FULL TIME, REMOTE – Client Director – Lending Solutions for one of our leading customers in United States (Remote – East Coast Preferred).

Client’s Lending Solutions practice is a transformation partner across the full credit lifecycle — origination, underwriting, portfolio management, and servicing.

We streamline lending operations through global delivery, process re-engineering, and AI-powered workflows, supported by a proprietary high-precision Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) engine delivering 99.6% data accuracy and accelerating credit processes by 70–80%.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Client Director – Lending Solutions to drive revenue growth, expand strategic accounts, and acquire new clients within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, and Credit & Lending organizations.

This role will own sales strategy execution across assigned accounts and new prospects, build C-suite relationships, and position the client as a long-term transformation partner in lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and new prospects.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior and C-level banking executives.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities by connecting client priorities, competitive dynamics, and operational challenges with the client solutions.
  • Position and sell outsourcing, offshore knowledge services, and AI-enabled lending solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization to support large-scale client initiatives.
  • Mentor and support internal sales team members when required.
  • Travel as needed to support client engagement and growth.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven success selling to Financial Services C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Strong background in outsourcing, managed services, or offshore knowledge services.
  • Experience positioning technology-led transformation solutions in banking.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to grow relationships strategically within existing accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of banking sales or business development experience across:
    • Commercial Banking
    • Corporate & Institutional Banking
    • Investment Banking
    • Credit & Lending organizations
  • 8+ years of proven success exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution quality.
