The ARM Group is seeking to hire a FULL TIME, REMOTE – Client Director – Index Solutions for one of our leading customers in United States (Remote – East Coast Preferred).

Role Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Client Director – Index Solutions to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand executive relationships across financial institutions.
- This role will focus on selling index transformation, quantitative investment support, and AI-enabled managed services to CIO offices, trading desks, structuring teams, index providers, and exchanges.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong financial markets expertise with a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals in outsourcing or knowledge services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy across assigned accounts and new prospects.
- Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with C-level executives.
- Identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale transformation deals.
- Understand client structuring processes end-to-end across banking and asset management.
- Position Client’s AI-enabled index and quant solutions in new and existing markets.
- Analyze competitive landscape and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization to deliver client success.
- Mentor and support internal sales and operational teams as required.
- Travel as necessary to support client engagement and growth initiatives.
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience selling into CIO offices (IBD), trading & structuring desks, index providers, and stock exchanges.
- Strong understanding of financial market fundamentals and at least one asset class (FX, Fixed Income, Equity, or Commodities).
- Ability to articulate complex structuring and index methodologies.
- Demonstrated success building long-term executive relationships.
- Experience selling technology-enabled transformation solutions.
- Strong pipeline development and revenue forecasting discipline.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling to Fortune 1000 financial institutions.
- Experience in outsourcing and/or offshore knowledge services sales.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
