Job Title: Manager – Finance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager – Finance with a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within the jewellery industry or a gold/jewellery-based e-commerce/tech company.
This role involves managing MIS reporting, finalization and consolidation of financial statements, daily accounting reviews, stock and vendor reconciliations, audit coordination, and budget management. The candidate must also liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits and participate in due diligence exercises as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Oversee sales and purchase accounting in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform and review monthly/quarterly inventory and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in consolidation of financial statements for group entities.
- Prepare and deliver MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Roc, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and discuss with auditors to successfully complete internal and statutory audits.
- Support financial due diligence processes in collaboration with auditors and external consultants.
- Prepare annual budgets and perform variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
- Conduct internal audits and support broader taxation and audit activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in accounting processes.
- Deliver actionable financial insights to aid in enhancing overall business performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Cleared both groups of CA Inter (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the jewellery or gold e-commerce/retail industry.
- Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and other accounting tools.
- Strong expertise in MIS reporting, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and direct tax compliance.
- Experience in handling internal/statutory audits and budgeting with variance analysis.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
