Job Description:
The ARM Group seeks a Full-Time, Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead process optimization and operational excellence initiatives for a key client in Barnwell, SC.

#Salary: Annual salary: $70,000 – $90,000, with possible increase based on qualifications and interview outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Map current/future processes, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Partner with leadership to analyze workflows and develop improvement plans.
- Build and execute roadmaps for CI initiatives across teams.
- Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and validate improvement outcomes.
- Conduct root cause analysis, resolve incidents, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Coach and guide teams on CI tools, best practices, and innovation culture.
- Improve manufacturing processes, tools, and systems to enhance production and quality.
- Manage strategic projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process mapping.
- Technologies: Familiarity with data analysis tools, KPI dashboards, and manufacturing systems.
- Competencies: Analytical mindset, problem-solving, leadership, and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred)
