Video Content Manager

The ARM Group is seeking to hire a full-time opportunity for an Video Content Manager at one of our premier clients in Mumbai, IN.

Job Overview:
The Video Content Manager will oversee the production, management, and distribution of both original and non-original video content across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative and organized professional with expertise in video content strategy, production workflows, and platform-specific requirements. The manager will also handle repurposed and packaged content for platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, and others, ensuring all content aligns with brand objectives and audience expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Production Management:
Oversee the production of original video content, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Manage the repurposing and packaging of non-original content for platforms like Snapchat and Instagram.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines for both original and non-original content are met.

Platform-Specific Optimization:
Adapt video content to meet the unique requirements and trends of various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
Ensure non-original content is repackaged effectively to maximize audience engagement and visibility.

Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the Head of Video Strategy to conceptualize engaging and innovative video ideas.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and designers to deliver platform-optimized content.

Team Coordination:
Manage internal and external teams, including editors, designers, and freelancers.
Provide feedback and direction to ensure content quality and consistency.

Quality Assurance:
Review and approve all video content (original and non-original) before publishing.
Ensure all content meets client’s brand standards and resonates with the target audience.

Analytics and Insights:
Track video performance metrics across platforms, such as views, engagement, and retention rates.
Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve future performance.

Experimentation and Innovation:
Experiment with emerging formats, styles, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Pilot new ideas to optimize the use of non-original content for audience engagement.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years in video content production, management, or digital media.

Skills:
Proficiency in video production tools and software.
Expertise in packaging and optimizing content for platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Creativity: Ability to conceptualize engaging and platform-specific video content.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting performance data and applying insights to content strategies.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing both original and non-original video content.
Familiarity with the entertainment or lifestyle industry.
Proven ability to manage successful video projects across multiple platforms.
