Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the success of our AI-powered product. You will work closely with our product team to define product requirements, conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and develop product strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct research to identify customer needs related to the interview preparation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, to develop and launch new features and enhancements to the product.
- Analyze customer behavior to inform product decisions and iterate on product offerings.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes.
- Assist in product launch activities, such as preparing marketing materials, conduct product demos, and provide training to internal teams.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and education technology to ensure our product remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech or AI industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Able to work in creating Content and analyzing product marketing insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent proficiency with Excel and other statistical tools for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
