The ARM Group is seeking Maintenance Technician for our multinational client, located in Gray Court, SC
Position Summary: Provide technical support for all areas by performing preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
Position Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment for a safe and productive work environment.
• Provide technical support to ensure equipment is in a constant state of readiness.
• Perform Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to maintain safety and increase uptime of equipment.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company and government.
• Train Entry Level/Apprentice Maintenance Technicians according to established training plan.
• Proper use of hand tools and associated equipment in performance of job functions.
• Adhere to documentation process/procedures in MOS (maintenance operating system) in line with departmental guidelines.
• Exhibit effective troubleshooting techniques and appropriate actions for repair.
• Maintain equipment in a state of readiness by safely utilizing hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and measuring/testing instruments.
• Participate and contribute in a team environment by working with all levels of employees and coworkers.
• Perform all required duties and communicate information within shift overlap procedures.
• Fabricate simple parts in the Maintenance Campus Area / Machine Shop.
• Utilize HMI functions to retrieve Error Messages to aid problem solving
• Adhere to all housekeeping SOP’s in and around work area including 5S standards.
• Operate equipment within all specifications in assigned work area
• Understand and comply with IATF:16949 and ISO:14000 requirements.
• Supports and complies with established Company’s Corporate Principles.
• Other duties as it relates to this position.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
• Two (2) years manufacturing maintenance experience and technical training in a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office software (e.g. Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Preferred Skills and experience:
• Associate’s degree in a technical field
• Previous experience working in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working with high-volume precision CNC machining centers.
• Previous experience working with high-volume automated assembly equipment.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of the job, the incumbent is exposed to normal machine shop areas, manufacturing floor areas, and occasionally, normal office atmosphere. Travel may be required.
