The ARM Group is seeking to hire a “Inventory Supervisor” for one of its clients located in Houston, TX

Job Title: Parts – Inventory Supervisor
Location: Houston, TX
Pay rate-$60k-$65k


Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Parts – Inventory Supervisor to oversee the management of a $27M inventory, consisting of 40,000 SKUs across 30,000 storage locations. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity by leading cycle counts, conducting audits, and maintaining zero-defect standards throughout warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin reviews, and put-away audits.
  • Supervise throughput activities for Put-Away teams and Inventory Clerks.
  • Maintain SAP system accuracy by investigating inventory discrepancies, conducting transactional reviews, and performing procedural audits.
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, etc.) to support inventory checks and reconciliations.
  • Provide data analytics and reporting for inventory updates and improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure material is stored and handled according to requirements.
  • Meet and exceed departmental KPIs and team objectives.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance of direct reports.
  • Support and manage special projects and warehouse process implementations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in inventory/store management.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to operate a forklift; certification is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
