Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Fresher
Location: Rome, GA
Pay range-$55k-$65k
Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated freshers to join as Inside Sales Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, support dealer networks, and assist in growing our client presence in the U.S. agricultural market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Explain tractor features, benefits, and financing options to customers.
- Support dealers with sales documentation, product information, and coordination.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and track sales progress.
- Assist with digital campaigns, trade show follow-ups, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate (Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture or machinery is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work with CRM tools.
