HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) Operator

The ARM Group is seeking to hire an HPDC Operator for one of its clients in Ridgeville, SC, with relocation assistance provided.

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Shifts – 2nd and 3rd shift (shift differential)

Role:
We are seeking skilled and reliable High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) Operators to join our manufacturing team. The HPDC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining die casting machines, ensuring production runs efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor high-pressure die casting machines and related equipment.
  • Perform setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
  • Inspect finished castings for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in die casting or metal manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to operate and maintain industrial machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
