Job Description:
The ARM Group LLC is hiring a Full-Time Customer Support Representative for one of our leading clients located in Houston, TX.
Pay Range:
$22/Hour – $23/Hour
Reports To:
- Senior Manager, Customer Support & Affairs
Purpose:
- The Customer Support Representative will handle inbound customer satisfaction inquiries, providing exceptional support to end-users and dealers.
- This role involves resolving issues related to products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing follow-up communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound inquiries from customers and dealers, ensuring timely resolution from start to finish.
- Provide clear, accurate information and follow-up instructions to customers.
- Document all customer interactions using MAgNA systems and processes.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain regular updates on inquiry status and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Offer alternative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage call transactions and follow established processes.
- Utilize software such as Outlook, Excel, SAP, and MAgNA-specific tools.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree.
- Experience in heavy equipment or related industry.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems.
Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and teamwork abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
- Ability to talk, see, and hear, as well as climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
