Job Summary:

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced .Net Technical Lead to join our forward-thinking team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .Net frameworks, specifically expertise in .Net 6 or .Net 8, along with a strong background in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL is essential for this role.
• This position demands a leader who can facilitate the seamless execution of development projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .Net developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Design, develop, and implement .Net-based applications that meet the needs of the banking and finance domain. Ensure code quality, sustainability, and scalability.
• Develop microservices and oversee the software architecture for new projects, ensuring it meets business requirements and industry standards.
• Drive the adoption of design patterns and SOLID principles to ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure development projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in .Net technologies, staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance, ensuring applications are reliable and bug-free.
• Ensure all development projects comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly focusing on data security and privacy in the banking sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in .Net development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the banking and finance domain.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS). Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS) and DevOps tools is a plus.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a development team.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of business requirements in the banking and finance sector.

• Utilize SonarQube for continuous code quality inspection and technical debt management.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in .NET technologies, project management, or leadership.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with Reactjs frontend

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in India would be added advantage.
