The ARM Group is actively hiring for Talent Development & Acquisition Specialist for our client in Barnwell, SC.
Salary: $75 – $95k
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Plan and manage local hiring strategies
- Work with hiring managers to define job needs and descriptions
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
- Handle full recruitment cycle: screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Ensure hiring follows labor laws and data privacy standards
- Maintain a positive candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
- Use HRIS tools to manage candidate pipelines
Learning & Development
- Create and manage employee training programs
- Maintain learning systems and schedule development sessions
- Run mentorship, internship, and apprenticeship programs
- Track training progress and skill development
Core Skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organization and time management
- Interest in employee growth and learning
- Experience with recruiting tools and HR systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
Experience
- 3+ years in HR, recruiting, or learning & development
- Experience with online learning tools and basic project coordination
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
