The ARM Group is looking to hire a Full-Time Category Manager – Product Development & Management for one of our leading Automotive Customers in Houston, TX.

An automotive client seeks a strategic Category Manager to lead product development and P&L management for Compact Tractors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Product Management, this role drives cross-functional collaboration, market expansion, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the Compact Tractor P&L, ensuring growth and budget alignment
• Develop forecasts, pricing, and incentive programs with Finance & Sales
• Lead product launches and GTM strategies with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing
• Coordinate advertising, digital content, POP, and dealer engagement campaigns
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape strategy
• Support dealer training and ensure high Coop utilization
• Prepare annual plans and financial budgets with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience:
• Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 3–5+ years in product development, marketing, branding, and sales
• Strong strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
• Experience in matrixed and flat organizations
• Deep understanding of Rural America and customer behaviour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and team collaboration abilities
• Skilled in negotiation and cross-functional influence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
